We should defend our country because a lot of invasions had happen before and people don't want it to happen again in future.The japanese ruled our our country but we fought back the japanese still won anyway.After 3 years then singapore can be independent.Years past and still no wars happen and indonesia and malaysia had been encountered a lot of disaters like tsunamis and typhoons.If japan wants to invade again everybody will try to defend the country and defeat the japanese.
